The common shares of Arbour Energy Inc. ("ARBR") are suspended from trading on CNQ for failure to comply with CNQ requirements (Bulletin 2006-0809). Pursuant to CNQ Policy 3-4.1, Arbour is subject to automatic de-listing effective at the market close on November 27, 2006.

Arbour requested and was granted an extension of 90 days while the company works toward remedying the default which gave rise to the suspension.
