Zab Resources Inc. has announced a name change to Kokomo Enterprises Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each twenty-five (25)  pre-consolidation common shares. The post-consolidated common shares of Kokomo Enterprises will begin trading on Wednesday, April 15, 2009. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to 1,094,945.

Kokomo Enterprises Inc. will trade under the symbol "KKO".  Dealers should be aware that open orders on "ZAB" will not be transferred to "KKO", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "KKO" taking into account the share consolidation.
