Pure Trading Notice 2009-009

CNSX Markets has received notice from Standard Securities Capital Corporation (SSCC)of SSCC's intention to terminate its status as a CNSX Dealer.

The termination has been prompted by the sale of assets of SSCC and the intention to wind up the corporation. Pursuant to CNSX Rules, SSCC will be suspended immediately pending termination.
