Quebec Pegmatite Holdings Corp., through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Quebec Pegmatite Corp. (“QPC”), is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. QPC is a junior mining company that aims to explore and develop the Mazérac mining property, located roughly 50 km south-southwest of Val-d’Or, Québec.

Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp. is a junior exploration company targeting gold, silver, platinum, and palladium in some of the most active exploration districts in Canada. Its flagship asset, the Starr Project, is host to multiple high-grade gold and silver discoveries that have been identified through trenching, bulk sampling, and diamond drilling. In addition, Quebec Rare Earth Elements is one of the largest landholders in the rapidly advancing Marathon/Thunder Bay North area mining districts where other junior mining companies, Generation Mining and Clean Air Metals are advancing their sizable high-grade platinum-palladium +/- copper-nickel-silver-gold projects. Quest Critical Metals Inc. is an independent mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C which is currently pursuing Copper-Cobalt and Palladium exploration on their projects in Europe, North America and South America.

Questcorp Mining Inc. is engaged in the business of the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The Company holds an option to acquire an undivided 100% interest in and to mineral claims totaling 1,168.09 hectares comprising the North Island Copper Property, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, subject to a royalty obligation. The Company’s secondary objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metals properties of merit.

Quimbaya Gold Inc. (“Quimbaya”) is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Colombia. Quimbaya is currently the holder of 3 projects, Tahami (Segovia), Maitamac (Abejorral) and Berrio (Puerto Berrio) mining assets covering approximately 40,000 hectares in Antioquia, Colombia.

Radio Fuels Energy Corp. is a junior natural resource company with a focus on uranium deposits and the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of uranium deposits in Canada and elsewhere in the world.

Each Warrant shall entitle each Warrantholder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, to acquire one Warrant Share upon payment of the Exercise Price of $0.50.
