The common shares of L.G.R. Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 20.5 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 2.3 million shares.

L.G.R is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties, and currently has an interest in the Jack Property in the New Westminster Mining Division, British Columbia.
